Drop in €12 per class subject to availability.

One to One YOGA
Individual one to one yoga sessions are also available. Following a consultation your session will be tailored to your specific requirements. I specialise in stress & anxiety reduction, rebuilding strength & stability, and body pain relief.
€50 per one hour session.

YOGA STYLE

The style of yoga I teach is alignment based Hatha Yoga which compliments Shiatsu therapy. In this form of yoga techniques are taught to ensure posture is correct and that joints are stable and supported before moving into a pose. This provides extra safety and helps to prevent injury. A variety of levels and props are provided for every pose so the class is accessible to everyone.

I also enjoy bringing a little yoga philosophy into each class which offers you the chance to bring yoga off your mat and out into your everyday life.  By developing your yoga practice you will be equipped with various bodymind tools and approaches that help to make lifes challenges easier to navigate in a positive and less stressful way.

I often bring some practical Ayurveda, self help acupressure points or body tapping into the class which can all help support your health holistically.

Yoga provides strength, flexibility, energy, vitality,  peace and clarity. It helps to improve hormonal balance, fertility, depression, anxiety, stress, blood pressure, circulation, memory, digestion and insomnia. It helps your body to gently detox and rejuvenate.

 

Menu :

One hour one to one yoga class, including a consultation, €50.
Return treatments/yoga within one month will be €45.

Private Yoga Class, one hour for two people €60 (€30 each).
Private Yoga Class, one hour for three people €75 (€25 each).
