she shed event page banner june 2015This Friday 12th June is the first She Shed event, running from 10.30am to 2.30pm, to facilitate busy Mums, so they can come when kids are in school. This workshop is booked out but we are definitely going to run it again in July or September. Please get in touch if you’d like to be added to the workshop mailing list and you’ll be one of the first to hear about the next one.

The day includes gentle yoga to check in with your body and release any tensions or habitual holding patters, resulting in deep relaxing and relief of aches and pains. Meditation to calm the mind chatter, a few minutes meditation is as good as a long deep sleep, so refreshing. Delicious vegetarian food cooked by Angela Chilton, Homeopath and Clerragh Catering. There’ll be a session on homeopathy for women, with a positive focus on the menstrual cycle and the menopausal years. Not to worry if you can’t sew, we’ll all join forces for an hours sewing and chat, suitable for total beginners.
